Beautiful Omega model Ref. 2540 from 1950. Classic midsize round case made in stainless steel, with original Omega crown and snap back signed inside 'Omega Watch Co., Fab. Suisse, Swiss Made, Acier Inoxydable, 2540 - 7'. Measures 32.5 mm wide without the crown and 41 mm in total length. Fitted with a new brown leather band, size 18 mm and aftermarket Stainless Steel buckle.  

Military style black dial, professionally refinished and in excellent condition. Includes silver dauphine hands, white Arabic numerals and a small crosshair seconds subdial. Signed 'Omega, Swiss Made'. 

Powered by manual wind Caliber 265 with 15 jewels and Incabloc. Signed 'Omega Swiss' with number 12172543 indicating a manufacture date in 1950. Watch has been serviced and is working properly.
